  • Grand Vision Foundation is not the box office for the Warner Grand Theatre.

The Grand Annex 
  • All Grand Annex ticket sales are final and non refundable unless date of performance changes or is cancelled. 
  • If you feel unwell or have been exposed to Covid-19 please do not come to the venue. Call the Box Office in advance.
  • All advance ticket sales are held at Will Call. Your digital receipt will be emailed to you; please keep it for your records. No paper tickets or receipts are necessary.
  • All tickets are subject to processing and credit card fees. We aim to keep ticket fees as low as possible.
  • Paid admission is required for persons of all ages.
Grand Annex Patron Policies as of May 1, 2021
As of June 15, Covid-related policies are expected to change. 
  • Face masks are required for entrance and throughout the event.
  • At this time, no food or drink will be served.
  • No food or drink may be brought into the venue.
  • The Grand Annex will follow all LA County Department of Public Health directives. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
  • Door sales are not permitted. Advance sales only. 
  • The Grand Annex has installed air quality improvements for your health and safety. Patrons can feel assured that the air exchange is now 50% greater than county health regulations require. We have also installed the iWave air purifier in our HVAC system. This ionizer significantly reduces Covid-19 and many additional pathogens in indoor environments, not only in the air but also on hard, non-porous surfaces.
