“This is some of the best, most impacting music that I’ve heard in a very long time. The songs are very powerful… I see a lot of really good things for him in the future. Greg Felden. Remember that name.”  –Nico Martini, American Highway
As openers for last year’s Cliff Wagner’s Bluegrass Holiday Show, local LA buzz band GREG FELDEN & his band brought down the house with their authentic rock-n-roll.  Felden’s finely-crafted songs find comparison to artists like Neil Young and the Decemberists with original on point lyrics.  His delivery of these lyrics, marked by a clear and unaffected voice, is nothing short of captivating.  As a band, they charm their audiences with simmering classic rock energy with a sound like the Jayhawks or Wilco.
Openers: Rosa Pullman & Mitch Grainger
Originally from different corners of the earth, Grainger (Sydney, Australia) and Pullman (Ithaca, New York) met at Crane's Hollywood Tavern, in 2011. From there the magic happened.  Romance, a band called The Lovers, a self-titled debut album, and now TV soundtracks, including the ABC hit, Nashville.  Pullman’s bluesy voice calls to mind Lucinda Williams.  Backed by Grainger’s vocals, guitar and harmonica, as a duo at the Annex, they do a full set of their exquisite rock-country-roots tunes.
