Act two takes place “Over Here”, once Marcus has returned home where he must come to terms with the sacrifice he made for his country and the opinions of those around him. This play has only been performed at New York’s Cabrillo Theatre which enjoyed an extended run in 2006. Public toilets run by government contractors insure that no one can "pee for free", lest they risk getting caught by the police and sent to a mysterious place called Urinetown.
