Anne Olsen Daub was born in Fresno, California. Educated at Fresno City Collage in fine and at Otis Collage of Art and Design in Los Angeles. She has lived in Los Angeles for the last fifteen years and has worked in the fashion industry and Mattel designing and creating doll concepts and fashions for Barbie in both mainline and collectors. Since leaving Mattel nearly three years ago Anne has returned to her love of painting and mixed media. She explores the use of color, fabric, found objects and architectural elements in her work.

a description of my chair: My chair is based on the many years of collecting fabric swatches from the great fabric stores in Los Angeles. It is hard to for me to only adore one fabric, so I have included my wish list of swatches on my chair for The Warner Grand................. The Swatch Chair.
